Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this wonderful event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts donated $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s riding group rides every year because they can have a good time and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The philanthropic motorcycle group may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and participating in incredible events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To learn more about how you can get involved and raise awareness for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, visit their site.
